We’ve always heard that the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. But a wise friend of mine once said that, “we shouldn’t judge our inner lives by other people’s outer lives.”
When we judge our messy and chaotic REAL life with the sparkly and perfect life that others project – on social media, in public, at work and such – it’s hard not to assume that everyone else has it sooooo much more together financially, professionally, socially, emotionally, etc. than we do.
But, Honey, I promise you that everyone else’s real life is just as messy and chaotic as yours, so don’t be dazzled by other people’s Bull$#!T.
